I was always told that to be successful I had a to have a well-respected, well-paid job. but no-one told me to what sacrifice?

I studied hard - school, A-levels and Uni, achieving a legal degree with honours. Moving on to multiple jobs in both the private and public sectors, DOING all the right things but heard myself saying time and time again, this cant be it? this cant be what life is all about? I have at least another 30 years of this before I can retire and honestly I was miserable.

I continued to over-give, people-please and eventually I burnout! was put on anti-depressants, received therapy and started to see that there was a whole different way of looking at life and THIS is when I found the modality of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I have since studied Time-Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and the amazing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which I use everyday.

I have been featured in multiple magazines and podcasts, received awards and have led in multiple networks across organisations. I have personally helped 100s of women from all backgrounds to improve their lives and this is my soul's purpose here on earth.
